Connect sponsorship management to the systems your teams already use.

Sponsorworks is sponsorship management software that works on its own or connected to the systems your teams already run on. Connect CRM, calendars, project tools, documents and finance, and bring measurement data in from wherever it lives.

Operational systems

Connect the CRM, calendar, project, document and finance systems your teams already use.

Keep the specialist sponsorship work in Sponsorworks and connect selected information to the tools the wider business runs on.

CRM & sponsorship inventory01

Keep partnership and sales teams working from the same CRM information

Manage sponsorship inventory in Sponsorworks: the commercial rights, partnership assets, contracted benefits and availability behind each deal. Connect selected CRM records so accounts, contacts, opportunities, contract values and renewal dates stay consistent, with a link back to the matching record in each system. Sales gets a cleaner handover to delivery, and nobody keys the same deal in twice.

Field ownership and record matching are agreed during setup.

Campaign calendars02

Put campaign dates and partnership deadlines in everyone’s calendar

Plan campaigns, activations, approvals and renewals in Sponsorworks, then subscribe to the campaign calendar from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft 365 (still widely searched for as Office 365 Calendar). Milestones appear alongside the rest of the working day and refresh automatically.

Project & task management03

Coordinate partnership delivery inside the project tools your teams already use

Manage campaigns and tasks directly in Sponsorworks. Where the wider business runs on Asana or monday.com, connect selected tasks so partnership delivery stays visible in the workflows people already check every day, with owner, due date, status and a link to the partnership or campaign it belongs to.

Files & documents04

Keep sponsorship documents connected to the partnership they support

Upload and manage documents in Sponsorworks, or connect approved content from your enterprise repository. Contracts, rights schedules, brand guidelines, creative files, approval records and proof of delivery stay attached to the partnership, campaign or task they belong to, so the evidence is there when the review comes round.

Finance & ERP05

Keep contract values, invoices and budgets aligned with finance

Sponsorworks holds the commercial side of every partnership: fees, contract values, payment schedules, budget allocations and the rights delivered against them. Where finance runs on an ERP or accounting platform, connect selected records or schedule an export so budget holders, procurement and finance work from the same figures without re-keying, and renewal decisions carry the real cost of each partnership.

Before IT and procurement ask

Ready for the questions your IT and procurement teams will ask.

Authentication, permissions, data ownership, refresh, residency and export are agreed with your technical team before a connection goes live. Our customer success team sets up supported connections during onboarding, and custom ones are built with a senior Sponsorworks engineer.

Our security approach ↗

Measurement & intelligence

Make sponsorship measurement continuous, not manual.

Sponsorship measurement usually starts with someone copying figures from analytics tools, dashboards, agency reports, spreadsheets and email attachments. Sponsorworks ingests supported data automatically, structures it against the objectives each partnership is meant to deliver, and makes the evidence easy to explore, question and report.

The measurement sources Sponsorworks brings together.

Combine external measurement with the rights, objectives and delivery activity already held in Sponsorworks.

06

Your partnership activity

Objectives, rights, activations, completed tasks, delivery evidence and investment data held in Sponsorworks.

Review performance across the portfolio and prepare evidence faster.

Map relevant fields and reporting periods to each objective or KPI. New information is structured without repeated re-keying, so the team spends its time on what the numbers mean and what to do next.

  • Find objectives with missing or outdated evidence.
  • Compare partners, campaigns and reporting periods.
  • Spot trends and underperformance earlier.
  • Build a stronger evidence base for renewal decisions.

Ask in plain English.

Which partnerships are behind target this quarter?
Which objectives have no recent supporting evidence?
Which rights have been delivered but not yet measured?
Which partnerships have the strongest evidence for renewal?
What has changed since the last reporting period?

Your integration
questions, answered.

Can we use Sponsorworks without integrations?

Yes. Sponsorworks is a complete standalone platform for sponsorship inventory, contracts, rights, campaigns, tasks, documents and reporting. Integrations add value where a team already relies on other systems, but nothing depends on them.

Does Sponsorworks replace our CRM?

It does not have to. Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 can remain the source of truth for agreed account, contact and opportunity fields. Sponsorworks manages the specialist sponsorship detail: rights, benefits, obligations, activations and delivery evidence. Field ownership and the information exchanged are agreed during implementation.

Which connections are available?

Salesforce and monday.com connectors are available today, and campaign calendars are available through an iCalendar/ICS subscription feed. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Asana, Microsoft SharePoint and Box are configured through their APIs as part of implementation. Finance and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite and Xero are connected as custom projects scoped with your technical team. Naming a platform here means we can connect to it, not that every connection is a packaged native integration.

Is each integration native, API-based, middleware-based or file-based?

It varies by system and we will tell you which. Salesforce and monday.com use Sponsorworks connectors built on their APIs. Calendars use a standards-based ICS feed. Documents can be linked, indexed or synchronised from SharePoint and Box. Measurement data arrives through APIs and data feeds, structured files, PDFs and reports received by email. Where a customer already runs middleware, connections can route through it.

How do calendar updates work?

Subscribe to the Sponsorworks iCalendar/ICS feed in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365 or any compatible calendar. The receiving application controls refresh timing. The feed provides a live calendar view rather than two-way synchronisation.

What measurement data can Sponsorworks use?

Sponsorworks ingests supported information from APIs, analytics services, ecommerce systems, social platforms, media monitoring services, BI environments, spreadsheets, PDFs, semi-structured reports and email attachments. Each item is mapped to the relevant sponsorship, campaign, objective or KPI, and every figure keeps its source, reporting period and calculation.

Can we use data from Power BI or Tableau?

Yes. Data associated with Microsoft Power BI or Tableau can be brought into Sponsorworks. The approach depends on where the underlying data is held, the permissions and APIs available, and whether you need a dataset, report or export. A direct dashboard connection is not assumed.

Can Sponsorworks process PDFs and emailed reports?

Yes. Supported reports and email attachments are ingested and structured against a partnership, campaign, objective or KPI, so agency and media reports stop being re-keyed each reporting cycle. Formats and required fields are agreed as part of the setup. Complex or ambiguous documents may need review before extracted information is accepted.

Can we ask questions about performance in plain English?

Yes. Sponsorworks answers natural-language questions about sponsorship information, so teams can explore progress against objectives, gaps in evidence and changes between reporting periods without building a report first. Answers respect the data access of the authorised user.

Are integrations real-time?

It depends on the source and connection method. API connections can refresh frequently, scheduled exports refresh on an agreed cadence, and calendar subscription feeds refresh according to the receiving calendar application. Refresh frequency for each connection is agreed during integration design.

Can we export our data if we leave?

Yes. Your sponsorship data belongs to you and can be exported in usable formats. Data ownership, export and exit arrangements are documented as part of the agreement so procurement and IT can review them before you commit.

What about proprietary systems?

If your system offers an authorised API, data feed or suitable export, we can connect to it. Data ownership, direction, refresh frequency, permissions and security requirements are agreed during integration design with your technical team.

Bring your sponsorship systems and data together.

Whether you use Sponsorworks on its own or connect it to your existing systems, we will help define the right approach for your partnership operations,
reporting requirements and security standards.
